Superbly friendly staff members are in all areas. It has perfect, magnificent setting, near a single restaurant or fastfood or supermarket and public transport and main attractions. Need to add that there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Masa Doner & Pide, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

The location near embassies and the vibrant Tunali Hilmi street made getting around Ankara easy. I enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the fresh fruit and various bread options. I was disappointed with the pillows in the room. They were uncomfortable and needed replacement. The room decor appeared modern, but the lack of sufficient lighting made it a bit dark at night. The highlight was the pleasant staff during the day, especially the reception team, who spoke excellent English and were helpful with my inquiries. On the downside, my room had some cleanliness issues. The bathroom showed signs of not being properly cleaned, particularly with hair from previous guests. The evening staff seemed less attentive than those in the morning. There are nice aspects to the hotel, but improvements are necessary for a better experience.
